Had an awesome swim today. I'm building up my strength and lungs. When I started, I could only do one lap at a time then rest for 5 minutes and I gave out after about 5 laps. Now I am up to 20 laps in 20 minutes. Hoping to continue to build up and do at least 30 laps without stopping.
