I had an excellent week. Watch what portions of food I was eating. Going for walks everyday. Even went twice yesterday. Doing squats before bedtime. Eating more healthy foods like salads, fruits. Feeling good.
323.1 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
