OK so I said I wasn't going to weigh in again for a week or so, but I couldn't resist getting on the scale. I'm thrilled because at first I thought getting into the 170s was a fluke -- the result of the prep for the colonoscopy. But weighing in at 178.2 today was a great source of reassurance that I just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other -- literally and figuratively -- and the weight will keep coming off. I am so thrilled.
