Well here we go again...back up by 2 lb. Maybe I'm eating dinner too late, and should eat earlier? 😕 I'll try almost anything at this point...but I refuse to give up!!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fyi,, i gain at 1300 -1400. I don't take advice from most people 🤣 call me stubborn. So, i went and got a resting metabolic rate test to confirm or deny low matabolism. So many things affect it from hormones, activity , menopause, sleep, stress, yadayadayada. Here's what has helped me .. i try to not eat breakfast and not eat after 4. Look up jaso. FUNG, The Obesity Code book. Every time we eat, we increase our insulin, which is the fat storage hormone. So, I try to keep my insulin down by low carb and fewer meals. The

I don't know what lifestyle you've chosen, what ever you choose, just know it can be done! I'm mostly carnivore. Meat for each meal. Keeps my blood sugar down and my insulin down, while not starving on low fat bs. I need to lift weights to increase my metabolism but any movement you can do is better than nothing!

Yes, I'm in menopause and even though I've been at the same weight for a month (200), I refuse to give up. I eat 1,200 calories a day, no exceptions. I do need to get more active and start exercising but it's so hot outside with a heat index of 112! 🥵🥵 I'll have to start doing some exercises in the house. Or reduce my calories by skipping lunch maybe. My metabolism must be shot. The first 23 lb came off quite easily when I started my journey back in April. My doctor put me on Phentermine to help curb my appetite. It really does help. I can definitely tell the difference on the days that I don't take it. I've just been on the longest plateau and I know deep down it's because I need to start moving.

Ya, i had full hysterectomy removal of ovaries. That's when I packed on the pounds. Instant menopause in my 40s. It was HELL. I'VE done fent. It was way too hard on my heart!!! And kept me up all night. You should try ozempic before that if you don't mind taking meds. My metabolism is shot. Now I'm trying to build muscle to increase it. I go walk the mall in the summer. Or i go to home depot and walk around. At least it's cool there! Keep fighting! You'll start to drop again.
