I'm doing ok. I'm dieting, so I'm losing fat. It looks like I lost about 1.5 kgs on the sardine challenge. I had a teaspoon of the lime marmalade I made last weekend at breakfast. Life is good.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
