I'm proud of myself for getting through my training today. I had to put off yesterday's training for today due to the rain. Now I'm a day behind. I was dreading my workout a little bit today. I got it done. I was able to up a lot of my weight for different sets. Once I was doing my workout I felt great and confident. I just had to move past that getting started rut. April is going to be tough, the last push through the spring with work. If I can make it through April, I should have some smooth sailing ahead ⛵️
