Short on fiber, but stayed active and got outside quite a bit yesterday afternoon. Walking back and forth uphill and down, doing chores and unfreezing the pipes in my well house, ugh! But I got it taken care of. One more thing Ive learned how to take care of! Go me! :D Hope we're all having winter fun! (Just no more frozen pipes!)
