New low-weight record, woohoo! 204.8#, got a two-hour workout in and about 2 hours of cardio. Feeling spent this morning. I am looking forward to a doctor's appt. tomorrow to change TRT care to a new office as I can no longer trust my current doctor's office to have consideration for my feedback and needs, instead the NP is just relying on numbers only, and counters the doctor's guidance.
