saranchrisriley When i first started i lowered my calories i didn't cut anything out i just lowered my calories. I eat between 1800 and 1400 to keep me from hitting a plateau. I Rarely eat any sweets now. I also do 30 minutes cardio and 30-minute weights then i do 10-minute jump roping. but when i first started i just started walking/high knees in front of the tv while watching tv shows then i slowly added more and more now i do a hour and 10 minutes of exercising a day.
