No change this week. Getting closer to my goal means harder work. I like to lose at least .5 Kg a week. Still on track and heading out for a walk while it’s cool.

@MorticiaAddams …… I hear you 🙂. I try not to be hard on myself, remember the “marathon, long distance” plan.
Last night I had rice and some grilled purple yam potato which was fantastic. This morning my sugar was 6.5 (still okay but not in my preferred range which is 5-6). Can’t be eating that combo and was a reminder to have one OR the other. Anyway no harm done, the company was lovely on a hot summer day here in Barrie with a day outside enjoying the pool, back yard, great tunes, laughs with my family who enjoyed some bevies. I’m not much of a drinker, especially in this heat and stick to water. I’m known as the “not as much fun one” LOL.
