stayed on track and although at WW weigh in i only showed a loss of 1.4 lbs. i actually lost more because i gained more after last meeting. back on track now and i hope to lose again next week. definetly getting a little harder, but i'm sticking with it. my cousin gave me a picture of myself a year ago and i was actually shocked to see just how big i was then. i'm keeping it and posting on my fridge for when i need reminding how far i've come and i don't ever want to see that broad again! but what a good feeling it is to know what i look like now.
