Didn't meet my fiber goals yesterday, I'll need to get back on that today. Been finding it difficult to up my protein. Maybe I should consider a protein powder. Do they help? Are they worth it? I need to look into it. Rainy Sunday here, but its thankfully a little cooler. Hope everyone enjoys their day!
