So I upped my hydration again, and a couple of days ago, I started methylene blue therapy (50mg/day). Well, I know my kidneys are working correctly due to the blue. My mood seems slightly elevated I have a little more energy. I am looking forward to my workout today but will leave out my calves since I pulled my left one bowling Saturday.
