Holding steady. Which I expected this week. Seems to be the pattern for my body: hold, drop, small gain, drop, repeat. As long as the trend remains downward it's progress. I'm satisfied with that.
Rain forecast for 7 of the next 9 days, I'll be at my wits end before its over. Our German shepherd girl gets a wee bit antsy if she can't get out for more than a day. I know how she feels!
