Yeah it is hard! When i was leading up to where i am now being more strict, i did a middle point. I ate healthy and low calorie for breakfast and lunch, then ate regular dinner with my family but tried to watch the portion size. Maybe knowing you could somewhat eat moderately what you want once a day will help with the eating better the rest of the time? 🤷🏼♀️ That helped me until i was ready to go more strict. But I think it's great you are not giving up. You still had a loss not a gain so you will get there!
