Made homemade chocolate chip pumpkin bread for son who came to have supper with me last night - umm, yeah. Cheated and ate a big chunk. Consequently, Im struggling today to stay away from it. (Once I get a taste....) Gave him a big chunk to take home but the rest may go to the chickens. Happy holidays! haha
Aiming to increase my water intake from 2 bottles to in addition to my coffee and tea each day. Im finding a squirt of lime juice and a bit of Stevia in the water bottle helps it go down much easier. I like plain water, but the sweet taste hits the spot now that sugar is no longer a daily *fix* lol.
Cant believe it's Friday already. Im going to be pushing to see another loss for next week.
