Started pilates. Love it! If I keep up with it for 3 months I'm going to buy a reformer for home.. cause pilates is expensive.
Mini facelift is scheduled for 11.23.22!! Extra bonus.. I don't have to cook Thanksgiving Dinner!!

184.6 lb Lost so far: 95.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
