YeeHAW! Down another pound! I have discovered my 'key'to weight loss! Waking up and exercising first thing in the morning! They say it takes 14 days for our body to get into the groove of a new habit. For me, that's waking up at 4:30am to make time to exercise! It's paying off and I'm LOVING IT! Have a super day people!
