no weight change. need to do something about the munchies. what else can i eat , or do when i can't sleep?

I had that problem last night - I did some crossword puzzles to keep my mind and hands busy. Reading is good, too. If all else fails, be prepared with healthy snacks that won't do too much damage.... veggies, plain popcorn, etc. Hang in there!
