晚餐:福山萵苣、鹹豬肉、雞腿排、洋蔥、小黃瓜、韓式泡菜、小魚乾辣椒、馬鈴薯雞蛋沙拉
大瓶啤酒3罐🍻
今天做了一大堆沙拉,明天帶去跟同事分享,裝了15小盒😆材料有:馬鈴薯、雞蛋、洋蔥、小黃瓜、火腿、青豆、紅蘿蔔、玉米粒、黑胡椒、胡麻醬、一點點橄欖油。
