Ziel ist es in 2022 wieder runter vom Sofa zu kommen...

Plan:
1x pro Wochen schwimmen,
1x pro Woche anderen Sport (z.b. Fitness im Winter)...
245.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
