No method is working for me, even when I was on hyper-caloric restriction I was slowly gaining weight. And I keep being told I'm not fat enough for surgery. Guess I need to actively try to gain weight so that I'll be able to get the surgery to lose it. It makes no sense. And they won't tell me what the criteria are. It all seems a bit hokey to me and makes me question where the medical profession has gone over the last 20-ish years. BMI is up to 43.6 and it ain't from muscle.
