A slow but steady progress. I can't wait to see the 150's again.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1181 kcal Fat: 15.94g | Prot: 54.69g | Carb: 218.61g.   Breakfast: splenda, strawberries, golean honey cinnamon. Lunch: lettuce, salsa, safeway english muffins, schwans corn, original garden burger. Dinner: red bull, Whole Grain White Bread, watermelon, smart ones turkey . Snacks/Other: fat free milk, jello fat free sugar free chocolate fudge, quaker rice cake, redbull. more...
