Vacation is over. Gained 7#…ugggggly There was one day of stress eating MnM peanuts. I had a great time . The Gulf water was about 85* and air temp 97* so wading felt refreshing. We had a room with a view. My husband arranged our accommodations, two sides walls were glass sliders, one with a balcony. We had some wild thunderstorms in the late afternoons and the glass doors gave us awesome visualization. We went to ZooTampa on Sunday with her granddaughters and daughter. It was fun for all of us. Surprisingly, many of the animals were engaged in various activities. I love zoos bc you can walk to your heart’s content in the shade. The weather was overcast all day so that was a bonus. The various weather alerts, Fred and Grace, blew around us, as is almost always the case. Weather men and all their marvelous equipment still aren’t any more accurate than watching to see if the cows are laying down.
I had a BLT sandwich with caraway rye bread for dinner last night when I got home. It was a nice treat. I have decided that I am going to eat my home grown tomatoes during this short window of opportunity. I will try to use restraint. Back to the real world today, skipping breakfast bc I’m still stuffed from eating that bread last night. Have a fun week my FS Buddies. S
