Well, I was totally off this week and failed at almost everything. I did do Jillian micheals 30 day shred twice and pilates once. but I went over my weekly calorie limit by alot, and went over my max of 1500 3 days. (blank days eman it was so bad, i didn't even try. But, all in all I lost a half a pound, and this week I'm going to be gungho again!
