Gewicht geblieben.
Aber am Bauch 2 cm weniger und am Po 1 cm weniger.
Es tut sich also was 😅
181.9 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
