Down, Down, Down!!! I think this may have been my best weight loss week in 2 months. Yoli is helping my body adjust nicely into a Fat-Burning machine without the need of extraneous exercises! This morning our entire family is participating in the Walk To End Alzheimer's. My father-in-law suffered from this most debilitating disease.
