I returned to work, poor sleep, stress, water retention and not eating real meals. This is my body’s way of saying to slow down, take a deep breath and nourish my body with real food and not snacks. I’ve trained twice this week and abs still sore from Tuesday 🤣🤣 True story, it’s hilarious.
