We went to be a Vietnamese restaurant in Northcote last night to celebrate the lifting of some of the restrictions. I was good in that I only had two rice paper rolls and a Vietnamese coleslaw. My weight is marginally up, but that would be no big deal.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
