Ok, ok. Water loss, muscles loss, fat loss 🤷♀️ Combo I’m sure. Staying under my updated RDI of 1600 for sedentary life style while out of commission. Also been drinking less coffee which feels like a crime and drinking more flavored seltzer water. My protein intake is down, fat the same, carbs up. Rice and bread is life 😂
Doc put me out on short term disability until Thanksgiving 😢 Bi weekly X-rays to see healing progress.
My friend is coming today to help with errands. It’s silly because everything is within a two/three block radius but I can’t do it all on crutches. Drop off laundry, get money order for rent, vote, get car from shop, get prescription, take trash/recycling down. One legged quarantine is no bueno. No me gusta. If it wasn’t for my cat I’d go quarantine/heal elsewhere... Oh well. It is what it is. Have a wonderful weekend and don’t stuff ya faces. But if you do want to stuff ya face no starving or crazy fasting next week. Ok?
