i had a horrible day last saturday, the weather was bad and i did not get to my weight watchers meeting, then i used that as an excuse to blow my whole day doing nothing but eating. i was so angry at myself for doing that. but i guess i got so angry that it made me be really good the rest of the week. i was very happy with todays weigh in, but i'm so frustrated, because why do i do that, it's not like i'm starving or anything. well i'm back on track now and hoping that this week is good. i've come along way(36lbs. since i started)and i don't want to blow it now. good luck to all of you this week too!
