after not following the program for 6 weeks i gained 9.6 lbs i decided enough was enough and went back to ww on the 27th this is the first week of weigh in and i lost 4.2 now i am on the right track again and i want to stay there ..i went back to the gym after not being there for awhile and it felt pretty good
