I am 'nae bothered' that the scales say 3 lbs more than yesterday. There are any number of reasons - for a start, I ate all my calories yesterday in proper food: I didn't waste my 500 free choice calories on wine - and as my daughter just pointed out: I walked over 34 miles over the course of the week - it's quite possible I've put on some muscle... my waist still feels slimmer and I'm bang-on with the calories and I've now stuck to this diet perfectly for 9 solid weeks... a feat I don't think I have ever achieved in my life, even when I got to near target weight in my thirties, so it's all good... still full of determination... :D ... best of luck, y'all!! xx
