so, das Gewicht habe ich jetzt nach dem Frühstück und anschließenden 6 km Lauf.
Heute morgen direkt nach dem Aufstehen hatte ich 74,5 kg.
ach ja..Stuhlgang hatte ich auch noch 🤣
