Getting closer to being under 190 again! I started a notebook on health this December which includes habits to change, weight loss, healthy eating, etc. I hope it will help me stay on track with my goals. Thank you everyone for all your support in the past. I hope everyone is doing well and having success in meeting their goals! 😊
