Easter snuck up on me this year. I really tried my best and avoided all the chocolate bunny's, but my aunties easter spread did me in. I had to have a bit of everything, and of course it's tough to say "no" to a little old 84 year old auntie that has been cooking her heart out all day. It's only one pound, and I like to think that it's mostly water weight from the salty ham (I know I'm kidding myself :) ) But today is a liquid fast to hopefully make up for it.
