been ignoring my food and exercise for the last while. maintaining at 257 so I can't complain. Im thinking Im going to go back to calorie restriction now just to see if I can drop below 250.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
