Well, back to counting calories and logging my food. Got careless and drifted a little. Seven pounds up in a month. I was hoping it was just water retention, but it's not looking like it. Wishful thinking. Ok, back to the drawing board. My exercise has been consistent and good. Now to get my food back under control.
