1422 kcal Fat: 39.10g | Prot: 109.11g | Carb: 175.07g.   Breakfast: Gelbe Paprika, Milram Paprika Quark, Gouda, Kohlrabi, Salatgurke, Kronenbrot Bauern Schwarzbrot, Hauchfein Schinken Gebacken. Dinner: Rewe Beste Wahl Frischella, Alnatura Gemüsebrühe, Couscous (Gekocht), Rama Cremefine 7%, Edeka Zuckerschoten, Brokkoli, Gebratene Hähnchenbrust (ohne Haut gegessen). Snacks/Other: Dr. C.
