One week in and doing well EXCEPT that I've continued to have wine occasionally throughout the week. The biggest success for me has been my ability to stay away from food in the late evenings. Finally got back to the gym today and it was closed, as in permanently! I was so proud to get up and out early and had to laugh when this happened. I can continue to walk or do a fitness dvd, and/or use my own equipment for strength training. The question is.. will I? It's somehow more motivating to workout outside the home. Anyway, during week 2 my goals are to stay active and not dwell on food. And perhaps see if I can go without my evening glass of wine more often. BTW, I had an awesome low carb meal at The Palm on Sat. I had Ahi Tuna, salad, and hubby and I split a lobster. We watched 3 lbs. slices of cake go by but we resisted!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
