Stayed the same this week due in part to the alcohol consumtion which has been more than usual! And its that TOM so hopefully will be ok and back to loosing next week. Was at a meeting all day and lunch was provided but it was reasonably healthy soup, salad, humous and bread. I didnt have the scones on arrival but i couldnt resist a bit of carrot cake( i did leave the frosted icing on the plate which is a first for me!) I did make a point of drinking lots of water and avoided the tea/coffee.
So 6 hours driving and 5 hours sitting doesnt leave much time for exercising!
All in all not a bad day, i think.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
