I don't want to weigh in as I know it will be nothing. I have too many cheats yesterday and I will just get depressed. I really can't tell much in my the way my pants fit. Not much change for me, but I have not been exercising. I just had a minor surgery so I can do anything now for at least 10 days. Just trying to use this diet to learn to eat healthy again. I do feel better off so many carbs and that was my BIG problem! So, we shall see. Maybe I will weigh in a few weeks after I can exercise.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ahhh, looks like we both had a bad diet day yesterday. No matter. Today is a new day and yesterday is long gone. As you continue to change your eating habits, you will begin to see a difference in your size, even without the exercising. It will be a little slower, but it won't be long before you can exercise again. Good luck and take care!

sea, just be careful with staying with this diet if you have just had surgery. You need more protein and electrolytes than what this diet offers in the phase 1, to rebuild yourself after surgery. Hope your doing better. Denise

Anglenurse is right... I would stick to phase 2 with some extra protein... Maybe two smoothies a day, your eggs and 2 4 oz servings of your meat. Feel better soon!
