I can not believe how bad i have been doing!!
Today is the day I turn around and get back on it!!
Im going to the gym after work =]
I still have 1 month & 1/2 to loose weight.
I have faith in myself I CAN do it!!!

Lost so far: 5.0 lb.
Still to go: 35.0 lb.
Diet followed poorly.
