so.... back from vacation. I am satisfied with how things went as usual it is the cocktails that are the killer. I did really well with food and exercise. walked and swam. the day I left for vacation I weighed in at 179, so I think the 177 was just a fluke, didn't hold. I pretty much maintained on vacation which was what I was hoping for. It was good to have Kathy there too, because we helped each other stay on track. So back at it ready to rock!
