Hello Weight!

I am starting a New Year with healthy living, and the first thing I have to tackle is YOU! I have restricted you from taking control of my life; no more giving into your demands.

This is beginning of the 8th day where you will not have a carbonated drink, sweets or junk food.
209.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
