193.8 lbs this morning, new low weight. I'm sitting here drinking my first ever cup of true bulletproof coffee complete with coconut oil, irish butter and cream. Very rich and good, will see if that holds me until the afternoon. Looks like a beautiful day in store here, a little more seasonable temps than we've had, and we have a trip to the fairgrounds for a craft festival in the plans. Have a great weekend!

The one and only time I've tried BPC, it sustained me for at least 1/2 day . . . I certainly could have used it today! Congrats on the new low . . . but it was a foregone conclusion given your commitment to your plan.

OK, what is the recipe for a mug of BP coffee? Hope you had fun at the craft's festival!

BP coffee as I made it: 1 cup coffee, 1 TBSP coconut oil, 1TBSP butter, 1 TBSP cream. Whip it in a blender and makes it frothy and combines the ingredients well.

I think I'll give your bullet coffee a try. Tired of trying to put together breakfast. Thanks.

JMB, lots of people swear by it. I cannot handle all that fat.

Tried BP🍵this morning. It will definitely have to be an acquired taste, however, on the positive, the coconut oil and butter have given me smooth and silky lips. 💋

Thanks everyone. Had fun at the craft show but my wallet is a lighter. The BP coffee does have a lot of fat and as I don't do LCHF the full version with butter, coconut oil, and cream isn't something I'll do a lot of. Was very buttery and tasty though, pretty filling too. I've been having just the coconut oil in my coffee with a little powdered creamer every morning at work and I seem to actually lose weight better since doing it regularly.
