197.2 lbs this morning, recording my weight a day early since we'll be traveling tomorrow and off the normal schedule of things including time of a weigh in. But still reserving the right to log a weight tomorrow if it's favorable. :)
We're off to Buffalo tomorrow morning, haven't been there since the first part of June. It'll be nice to see kids/grandkids and especially so for my wife, being away from all her family like that can be tough. My family is local here so I have it easy in that respect. Lots of driving, less control over food and probably no focused exercise through Monday will be a challenge but will do my best. Have a great Friday!
