Shirfleur, I so agree. I've been pretty good lately, but it seems like the latest round of super stress left me with a new lower metabolic rate. Like a scar. I'm not sure there is science to back that up. Still, not a lot of leeway in my diet. Good luck on your journey, glad to be doing it as group.
