Well its been a rough couple of days and the weekend was real hard!I went to a luau and there was so much good food that i cheated! Had a cookie and a butter ball and lots of pineapples and some ice cream even though it was sugar free! i am not allowed to have that in phase2 yet! also its that T.O.M so i really need some choclate!But i will try to overcome this need to eat everything i want and look at the big picture!Till tomarrow-Y
121.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week

did you ever try eating one of those chocolate riccotta cream desserts from the sb diet book? pretty good, and can help with the chocolate craving. also, check out the reeses pb chocolate dessert in the recipe section that's good for phase 1. definately good!
