I'm going out on Friday for dinner at our local pub. I'm a bit worried I will give in to having alcohol. what would be lower in calories, stick to beer, wine or hard booze?
163.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
